🔍 We're looking for team members who:

• Have opinions about how emerging market finance works (or doesn't work) for SMEs and Consumers.

• Are either from or have spent considerable time in emerging markets.

• Have been part of founding teams (doesn't matter if it worked or not) at start-ups, or been part of small-build teams in larger corporates.

• Are people we're excited to see on a daily basis, who we can disagree with while still having fun, who come up with ideas we would have never considered.

• Don't hold back when it comes to having opinions about what we should work on.

• Are open to frequent travel.
